# Credits & pricing

> What each lookup costs, and what is free.

Lookups take credits from your plan. Campaigns, leads, email accounts and the inbox cost no credits.

| Route | Credits |
| - | - |
| `POST /v1/find-email` | 1, when an email is found |
| `POST /v1/find-mobile` | 5, when a number is found |
| `POST /v1/verify-email` | 0.1, for each verification, whatever its status |
| `POST /v1/reverse-email-lookup` | 1, when the person is found |
| `POST /v1/enrich-person` | 1 when the person is found; 5 with `includePhone` and a phone found |
| `POST /v1/enrich-company` | 1, when the company is found |

## What is free

* **A miss.** A lookup that finds nothing costs nothing. A verification no verifier could answer costs nothing either: it answers `400 EMAIL_VERIFICATION_FAILED`.
* **A repeat within 30 days.** Looking up again a person, address or company you paid for in the last 30 days is free, and is answered from what LeadVector holds. After 30 days, it is charged again.
* **A phone you didn't get.** With `includePhone`, a person found without a phone costs 1 credit, not 5.

## Whose credits

A key spends the credits of its user's plan. In a team, that is the team owner's plan, for every member.

## Without enough credits

A lookup that would need more credits than are left answers `403`:

```json theme={null}
{
  "statusCode": 403,
  "message": "INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS",
  "code": "INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS",
  "feature": "EMAIL_FINDER",
  "required": 100,
  "remaining": 40,
  "traceId": "…",
  "timestamp": "2026-11-03T09:41:12.000Z",
  "path": "/v1/find-email"
}
```

`required` and `remaining` are in hundredths of a credit: `100` is 1 credit. Without a plan in force, the answer is `403 NO_ACTIVE_PLAN`. A repeat you already paid for is still answered, with no credits left.
