Rate limits

Each API key may call each route 10 times a minute. The allowance refills evenly: one call every 6 seconds, up to 10 saved. Every answer says where you stand:

Header	Meaning
`X-RateLimit-Limit`	Calls allowed per window: `10`.
`X-RateLimit-Remaining`	Calls left now.
`X-RateLimit-Window`	The window, in seconds: `60`.

Past the limit, the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header, in seconds:

Wait retryAfterSeconds, then try again. Each route has its own allowance, so a busy find-email doesn’t slow verify-email.
